RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL ITEMS may be returned for Store Credit Only. 

[Excludes mystery boxes or any other items, stated in descriptions]

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND we do not accept returns or exchanges after 5 days from the date of delivery stated on your tracking information. You must contact us regarding your return or exchange with in 5 days from the time your package was delivered. You are responsible for shipping charges with all returns.

No Refunds. No Exchanges. No Exceptions.

Exchanges are only accepted if we sent an incorrect item: 

size, color, style, ect.

Exchanges once complete, are final sale & will not be eligible for store credit after sent back to the customer.

All of the following items cannot be returned or exchanged : any white/off white items, bathing suits, bodysuits, sale or clearance items + all accessories/jewelry

CONDITIONS

Once an item has been washed/worn we will not accept it as a return or exchange. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused & in the same condition it was received with all original tags attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

[Unwashed, unused, undamaged, unworn. No deodorant stains, scent or makeup.]

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

PROCESSING & SHIPPING HANDLING

All orders will be processed in 1-3 days & shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note it may take up to 2 weeks for us to receive your order, if returned.

Please be advised that shipments may be delayed by carrier due to covid 19.

We are not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address + lost or stolen items. Once it has left us, it is between you and the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

RETURN TO SENDER: if this occurs, we will reach out to you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping cost. [as well as "UNCLAIMED" + "UNABLE TO FORWARD" packages]

Do you ship worldwide ? Unfortunately at this time we do not.
